*I'm 24, a personal trainer. Almost been in the industry a year, i've had some very rewarding experiences while being a trainer and ive also had some very challenging moments, it's those challenges that keep pushing me through and making me an even better trainer. After a year, ive discovered personal training is a growing business, and having an edge over other trainers will keep those clients coming, so continuing education is vital! Since my shoulder injury, i've become extremely interested in injury rehabilitation, i can't get enough of it! I always wanted to get into massage, at some point down the track and since learning more about injury rehab, i've decided where i want to head with it! I'm going to study a 2 yr course on sports injury rehab massage! I'm so very excited, the knowledge i'll have at the end of the course will give me that edge over other trainers and will also increase my business opportunity!
